About Making Connections:
A mission to strengthen families and tranform neighborhoods. Started a few years ago as a pilot project, the Making Connections initiative of the Annie E. Casey Foundation now comprises a network of 22 cities across the country. The initiative's 'Making Connections' name relates to our two primary goals:

To create an ongoing learning environment that connects people nationwide who are working to strengthen families in neighborhoods isolated from the economic mainstream
